Learning: Temple Beth-El Synagogue Visit

Cost: Free-will offering for cheese pizza dinner following Shabbat service
In connection with First UMC's confirmation program, all members of our congregation are invited to attend our next House of Worship visit at Temple Beth-El of Northbrook. Our time begins with hospitality and a blessing before Shabbat offered by Senior Rabbi Sidney Helbraun from 5:30 to 6:00 pm just outside their sanctuary (please don't skip this time as they're buying food for our group). We, then, move into a Shabbat service, followed by a post-Shabbat small-group discussion with Rabbi Helbraun. There will be cheese pizza and a free-will offering is available. It's required to RSVP by the stated deadline to participate in this event.
